Autobiography of an Awakening:

Since 1996, I’ve dedicated my career to energy healing, primarily working with individuals facing cancer and various health challenges. My approach revolves around creating a nurturing and supportive environment for healing. My journey into healing and meditation commenced in 1996 following a profound awakening. This experience deepened my understanding of the interconnectedness of all beings and the fundamental purpose of our existence: to give and receive unconditional love, each in our unique way. I was blessed with the ability to perform hands-on healing. In the early years, I practiced “the laying on of hands” before undertaking formal studies encompassing anatomy, physiology, and various holistic modalities such as Reiki, Craniosacral Therapy, Reflexology, Polarity Energy Balancing, and the recent addition of the gentle Metamorphosis technique. My commitment to holistic well-being extends to maintaining a yoga practice since 1977. Following my awakening, I spent many years in a meditative state, fostering intense awareness of each moment. This profound personal experience enabled me to teach meditation effectively, witnessing remarkable transformations in individuals, both one-on-one and in group settings, as they embraced the art of stilling the mind.
