I am an energy medicine practitioner, and I’m excited to share this interesting subject with you. I began my training in 2018 because I was experiencing health issues for the first time and I was looking for answers. I didn’t expect to change my health so profoundly, or for it to call me to a more spiritual life. There was one particular class day when I remember thinking ‘this is mind-blowing! But if this is true, then what else is true that I have been closed-minded to?’ and I began to open my mind and senses to ideas beyond the mainstream, such as intuition, psychic phenomena, paranormal phenomena, and spiritual exploration. In turn, each of these areas has broadened my understanding of how and why energy medicine works, and has informed my understanding of who I am, and why I am here. I love what I do and it’s very satisfying to see how the work changes lives.
About Energy Medicine and the Eden Method
Energy medicine is a way of naturally increasing vitality, energy and balance, which creates uplifting feelings and global health benefits. It is client-centered care that treats the whole person.
