Frozen First-Pass Rules

Known-data test first: the default range is 1992 in America/New_York. “Nearest minute” is intentionally selected because it tests the observed 1:11 → 11:11 → 5:55 sequence against strict UT calculations.

Counting principle

A VOC beginning is the final selected lunar aspect before the next Moon-sign ingress.
That event counts once—not once as an aspect and again as VOC.
Clock patterns are frozen in the exported report.

Pattern guidance

The starter list includes repeated triples, repeated pairs, and ascending sequences specifically discussed in this study. A pattern without AM/PM matches both halves of the day. You may write 1:11 pm to restrict one pattern.

There is no universally agreed astronomical definition of an “angel number.” For a trustworthy rarity result, preserve the same list across every comparison period.

This version permits about 25 years per run. Longer historical research can be completed in consecutive chunks without changing the frozen rules.
